I’m a Senior UX Content Designer/Content Strategist with experience in top Silicon Valley companies, working in UX content design and product content strategy.
I also support early and mid-stage companies with business storytelling that accelerates fundraising, customer acquisition, revenue growth, hiring and media impact.
Before Silicon Valley, I enjoyed a rollercoaster of a career in journalism, with 20 years as a top editor and reporter in leading media orgs in New York, California, Mexico and Argentina.
I spent more than four years as a Senior Content Designer at Netflix. I worked on the Growth team, making tens of millions for the company with A/B copy tests that improved user acquisition and ARPU. I then joined the Streaming team, where I helped design experiences that improved user retention and engagement on TV, mobile and web platforms. I also worked in the Design Systems team: I wrote the Netflix Style Guide, the first internal Accessibility Toolkit for designers, and other systems and standards for scaling content best practices.

I was a Senior Content Strategist at SurveyMonkey, where I led product content strategy for fast-growing B2B product SurveyMonkey Audience. I wrote landing pages, thought leadership articles, sales collateral and newsletters. I worked closely with the Product Marketing, SEO, Paid Marketing and CRM teams, creating blogs, ads, social posts and emails that achieved product marketing, paid marketing and SEO goals.

I reached the pinnacle of my first profession, journalism, when I was the editor-in-chief at Time Inc.’s leading national business magazine in Mexico, Expansión. I worked as a news editor at The Associated Press, a public radio reporter and producer for New York’s WNYC station, and a freelance writer for the New York Daily News and leading newspapers and magazines all over Latin America.
